We called to confirm the extra bed on the day of check-in. The receptionist named Emm could not find the booking and hung up. We could tell that the staff was not willing to provide service at all.
In addition, the room door's battery was dead and we could not enter it after swimming. We had to wait for the technician to come and change the battery for a very long time.
The third incident was the bathroom door. When taking a shower, water would leak out all the time. We emphasized that every room had to change to room 707. The same happened to 602.

Recommended! I came to stay at this hotel to celebrate my partner's belated birthday. The hotel is beautiful, with excellent service and comprehensive amenities. The room is very nice, but the swimming pool is quite small, and there aren't enough sunbeds for all the guests. The breakfast is a buffet, and we can choose to dine on the 1st or 8th floor. On the 1st floor, there is a wide variety of food, and you can choose to walk around and serve yourself. There are both indoor and outdoor seating, but it was very crowded (I went down at 8:25 AM), and there weren't enough tables. So, I decided to go to the 8th floor restaurant, which offered an à la carte buffet, along with a small buffet counter and sparkling wine.
